Seems after the signal leaves my ISP it goes to another location outside of MY ISP range and then suddenly shifts over to another with a similar address then times out before it reaches it as well as the speed it travels goes from 17ms to 70ms. When the signal picks back up it starts at that last address it times out at and then travels to a japanese address.
When it reaches the Japanese address the speed changes to ms and climbs for each addition japan address it travels too. After 4 japanese addresses it times out again and then a bunch of unkown addresses pop up and they all time out. I just had a technician over and we went through a bunch of steps and this doesn't seem to be an issue with my ISP's end of it.
I can see that it's because of this that i'm not able to finish the patch. This is the only game i'm having any trouble with. Therefore what is causing this time out that prevents the signal from coninuing on?
