If you are running watchOS 5 Beta on your Apple Watch, you will first have to remove the beta profile from your device. Follow the steps below to know how. Step 2: All the installed profiles will be shown here. Simply select the profile you want to remove and follow it up by pressing the Delete Profile button.
Then proceed to open the Watch app on it. Wait a few seconds and the watchOS 5 GM update will show up. Tap on Download and Install to kick off the download process. Remember one thing: the entire installation process is going to take a long time since everything happens over WiFi and Bluetooth. Therefore keep your iPhone and Apple Watch on charge during the entire ordeal so that everything goes as smoothly as possible. Because watchOS 5 is going to take a considerable amount of time to install.
